Week 16 Model Picks
Jeremy and I both are getting a little burned out running the numbers every week and betting on Football here. Maybe it would be different if we were winning a bunch, but for some reason it just doesn’t feel as fun as it has in years past.
I definitely think the edge we used to have with The Model has gone away or diminished. There are fewer lines that are out of whack and more games that come down to 1-3 points around the line. The NFL also just has so much parity right now, lots of injuries, and if my Instagram feed is to be believed corruption from the officiating staff. I will say, a pass interference call on a 3th or 4th down play can be as consequential as a turnover. It makes sense to try to get those as correct as possible.
Anyway, I don’t have notes from Jeremy yet for today’s games. I will post them and share some bets if they come in. In the meantime…
